Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Wholesale orders are non-refundable. The only exceptions are damages during shipping and incorrectly filled orders. In those instances, an exchange is offered.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to report damages and initiate a return claim, email [email protected].

Shipping returns

Do not return items to us unless you receive a return authorization number and further instructions. We are not responsible for returned orders.
